We want you to love every item you order from us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work across our different product types.
By purchasing from Hey There Cherry Baby you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Non-Wax Items)
We accept returns for unused, resellable physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused and undamaged

Original packaging must be intact

Items must not show signs of wear, use or scent exposure
Returns must be sent to the fulfilment address we provide when you contact us. These returns apply to home décor, accessories and curated items.
Wax melts and digital products have their own rules — see Sections 2 and 3.
2. Wax Melts & Scented Products
Wax melts and fragrance products cannot be returned unless:

They arrive damaged, or

You receive the incorrect product.
We do not accept returns or refunds based on:

Personal fragrance preference

Scent strength
-
Differences in performance between burners or rooms
Scent is subjective and will vary depending on burner type, ventilation, room size and temperature.
3. Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@cherrybaby.co.uk within 2 working days of delivery with:

Photos of the item

Photos of the packaging
This allows us to assess the issue, contact couriers if necessary, and arrange a replacement or refund.
We cannot accept claims submitted outside this window unless legally required.
5. Where to Send Returns
Wax melts:
Returns are processed directly by our UK studio.
Please contact us first to obtain the correct return address.
Home décor, accessories and curated products:
These items are dispatched by our trusted fulfilment partners.
Returns must be sent to the fulfilment address we provide when you contact us.
You must not return items to the studio address unless we instruct you to do so.
6. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item has arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend tracked postage to ensure safe arrival.

Items lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded.
7. Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund times depend on your bank or card provider.
We do not refund:

Original postage fees

Gift wrap

Digital downloads
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on scented products.
If you would like a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cherrybaby.co.uk.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment or dispatch.
10. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
