Shipping + Delivery

We’re a UK small business and every order is checked & packed by hand. Below you’ll find how our shipping works, how long things usually take and what to do if something goes wrong in the post.


UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery

  • Flat rate: £5.99 per order ( orders up to £49.99)

  • Free UK delivery for orders £50+
  • Carrier: Royal Mail / Evri

  • Estimated delivery: 2-5* working days from dispatch

We use trusted UK delivery partners Royal Mail and Evri for postage.
Some items are dispatched directly from our UK fulfilment partners to speed up processing.
Depending on the items in your basket, your order may arrive in more than one parcel — you’ll still only pay one delivery fee.

*Royal Mail 48 Tracked and Evri 48 services typically deliver within 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to external delays.


Processing Times

Most orders are made and packed within 2-5 working days before dispatch.

During busier times (Christmas, sale periods, product launches) processing may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to keep things moving forward. 


Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.If an address is entered incorrectly and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it, but an additional postage charge may apply.


Delayed or Missing Parcels

Royal Mail and Evri Couriers occasionally experience delays, especially around strikes, bad weather or Christmas.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch:

  1. Check with neighbours and safe places.

  2. Check any tracking information we’ve emailed.

  3. Contact us at hello@cherrybaby.co.uk with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our shop policy.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@cherrybaby.co.uk within 2 working days of delivery with:

  • Your delivery notice

  • Photos of the packaging and the item

We’ll work with you to put it right as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At the moment we only ship within the UK.
We’d love to head overseas in the future – keep an eye on our socials for updates.


Eco-Friendly Packaging

Where possible, we use recyclable or reusable packaging materials. Some protective packaging is still necessary to keep wax melts and decor safe in transit, but we’re always looking for ways to reduce waste without compromising on protection.

Our wax melts are poured into eco recyclable plastic moulds. This prevents the fragrance from leaching into the packaging and reducing the lifetime of your melt. Please recycle your packaging following local waste management guidelines.
