Please note:

  • Colours may vary due to screen settings or supplier variations.

  • Handmade or small-batch items may differ slightly in tone, shape or finish.

  • Printables may show small visual differences between monitors and printers.

These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (UK currency) and may change without notice.

Payment processors may include:

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

We do not store or have access to full payment details.

Orders are only considered accepted once payment has cleared.

5. Order Processing

Wax melts are dispatched from our UK studio.
Home décor and curated items may be shipped by trusted fulfilment partners within the UK.

Occasionally, items may arrive in separate parcels.
You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unavailability of stock

  • Errors in pricing or product information

Refunds will be issued if this occurs.

6. Delivery & Delays

Please note:

  • Courier delays, strikes, extreme weather and seasonal traffic can affect delivery.

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control once an order has been handed to the courier.

7. Wax Melt Safety & Usage

Wax melts must only be used in appropriate wax melt burners:

  • A ceramic burner with an unscented tealight OR

  • An electric wax melter designed specifically for wax melts

Do not leave burners unattended.
Do not use near children, pets or flammable materials.
Do not ingest or apply to skin.

Wax melts are sold solely for household fragrance purposes.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.
Please review it before purchasing.

Key summary:

  • Wax melts are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

  • Home décor & accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 2 working days of delivery.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we are at fault.

9. Digital Downloads & Printables

Usage Rights

Digital downloads are sold for personal use only.

You may:

  • Print for personal household use

  • Use for your own event, classroom or celebration

You may not:

  • Resell digital files or printed copies

  • Share files publicly

  • Upload to marketplaces or file-sharing platforms

  • Modify and claim as your own design

  • Use for commercial production or resale

Purchasing a file does not grant ownership of the artwork or design.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, illustrations, graphics, copy, product names and printable designs, is protected by copyright.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute website content

  • Reproduce brand assets

  • Use designs commercially without written permission

Violations may result in legal action.

11. Liability

We provide our goods in good faith and with reasonable care.

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions

  • Damage caused by improper burner use

  • Loss caused by postal delays or courier negligence

Our total liability in any transaction is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined unless clearly stated.
